5 Vaping Tips for Beginners

Are you looking to start vaping? Or maybe you have been using E-Cigs for a while and are looking for some tips. Maybe some new flavor ideas or how to make your experience better. Learn more information at the DashVapes website, or contact one of their experts if you have any further questions. Here are some vaping tips for beginners.

1. Safety First

Before touching anything, read the instructions and look over the manual.  Don’t be afraid to ask questions. Vaping devices can be upgraded, but only if you can take them apart.  The most common way that people injure themselves is because they don’t know what they are doing. Be safe out there.

2. Keep Extra Batteries Handy

What if you run out of batteries? Should you toss the whole unit in the trash and start over just because you ran out of batteries? Of course not. Set aside a little bit of money every few days for extra batteries.  You should have an extra charged battery at all times in case your primary battery does run low.

3. Clean Your E-tank Regularly

Clean your E-Tank and Atomizer every few days. Dust build-up can shorten the life of your Atomizer and reduce the amount of Vapor you can get. Cleaning also keeps your e-liquid tasting fresh. Most E-Cigs have a removable bottom cap, and some come with an extra piece that can screw on top of your e-tank. After you are done vaping, remove the tip and fill it up with hot water and a few drops of dish soap. Screw on the top and shake it up. The hot water will be able to get in all the cracks of your tank while the dish soap breaks up any build-up that is currently in place.

4. Don’t overheat your Atomizers

Heat contributes to the build-up on the inside of your Atomizer. The atomizers should be cleaned if you notice them getting too hot.  This can result in a burnt taste in your e-liquid and make it undesirable to vape. The best way to avoid burning is to slowly drip your e-liquid on the atomizer while it is not in the device. Ensure the heating coil can be spotted and slowly drop the e-liquid onto it. Once you get a “dry run,” then you know how much e-liquid is needed to use in your vaping session.

5. Buy Quality E-Liquid

Be cautious when buying e-liquid for your E-Cigs. Only one ingredient should be listed on the bottle: Vegetable Glycerin or Propylene Glycol. If any other ingredients are listed, it could cause a bad reaction when used with your device. You might even ruin your atomizer. Using the same e-liquid with different devices could cause an unfavorable reaction.

Vaping is a great alternative to smoking traditional cigarettes. There are a lot of new options and things to learn.  Don’t be afraid to ask questions! It is better to ask than ruin your vaping experience by not knowing.
